Headed to Tokyo and I am looking to checkout the newest gadgets and Technology! Any Suggestions?

Next weekend I will be in Tokyo and I would like to checkout the coolest technology/ gadgets (Computers, cellphones, etc). Any suggestions? I am already planning on going to Akihabara and Docomo's showroom. Do Samsung, Sharp and Sony offer tours? Are there anyother companies I should checkout? Any suggestions on good clubs to checkout is appreciated as well! Thanks for your help!!!!

1. Samsung electronics is based in Seoul, South Korea, which happens to not be in Japan. Nokia is a Finish company, but they have a reasonably strong influence on the cellular telephone market in Japan for higher end devices.
