What are the best cool new gadgets to buy?

I got this new job, and since all of my money is extra on top of my husbands we are trying to think of something cool to buy when I get my very first check! Of course, most of the money is going straight into a savings account...we have to buy something fun!!! I just got the new blackberry pearl which is cool...but,need to think of something else? i do have a laptop, but i dont like it! whats the best kind to get?
